HDPE Bottle for Pesticide and Chemical Industry


Chemical / Pesticide Storage HDPE Bottle : In present condition their is lot of MFg of Plastic HDPE bottle providing the bottle to their customer offering high rigidity by using Marlex or by using the filler to avoid the paneling or deformation problem. As HDPE bottle being produced with normal HDPE material having good ESCR properties which required genuinely to maintain the self life of product having the less rigidity as compare the low ESCR property HDPE grades. But Customer want Bottle for pesticide which can not be easily compressible with hand or want high rigidity to avoid the deformation defects. As per My personnel experience I had overcome on this problem by understanding the customer requirement by providing proper COEX bottle with EVOH or PA barrier layer minimum 70 micron by using GAIL HDPE B52A003 material which have very good ESCR as well as good rigidity as compare to Haldia E5201 and Reliance B56003 HDPE Material. 


But their is one revolutionary fact came in my knowledge that we can avoid this deformation problem by using Induction wad in which we have ventilation property. These wad had been introduced by MAYER Seals Germany In which they provide such layer configuration which maintain the integrity of product and also provide proper ventilation hole to avoid such vacuum formation which leads to deformation of bottle body. Normally this type of problem had been noticed in 1 ltr Bottle and 500ml Bottle.
